Weโve long had a tradition of doing Creamed Eggs on Toast Points for Easter. My kids and I both love them. So simple too; chopped, hard boiled eggs are folded into a creamy white sauce with a bit of dry mustard and then itโs pour into toast points and garnished with chives. I actually missed them this year when I didnโt have time to make the eggs; thatโs how good they are!

I have to go with plain old egg salad โ thatโs definitely our favorite way to use up hard-boiled eggs. There are some great ideas here though โ Iโve always wanted to make Scotch Eggs.
